Twist is hypothetical show about a magician who is hired by the mafia during the 1940's and 50's.
This is my initial rough sketch of the story board. Throughout the sequence I wanted to capture some of the essence of what would be in the show. My first idea was to show how "magic" could be utilised in a life of crime, e.g. making money disappear, escaping from the police, pulling a gun from a hat instead of a rabbit.
These a few still images I made to get a basic idea of how I wanted each scene to look.
This is a video made up of a few of the different shots I wanted, animated in a basic way so that I could get an idea of the timings and and the composition of the video.
